City of Fayetteville Charter Amendment
The proposed changes will amend the Charter to: 1) increase the annual salary of the Mayor to $25,000.00; and, 2) increase the annual salary for members of the City Council to $20,000.00.

Staff has compiled a list of 15 ponds for the city to potentially take over the maintenance responsibilities so that the ponds come into compliance with our inspection reports. Out of the 15 ponds, staff is recommending taking ownership of 2 of the ponds due to the safety issues directly impacting the ponds.
