Busy week for me as Town Square Playhouse heads into Tech Rehearsals for Disco Inferno! If you get a chance to come check out this fun disco musical with our teen cast, we’d love to see you there!
You Are The Power has just recently started sharing the story of a third family in Georgia torn apart by DFCS. The Sullivan family’s story is now sounding all too familiar after the Timms and Hernandez stories: Family seeks hospital care for their infant child’s chronic problems, hospital doctor makes an accusation of abuse, DFCS steps in to separate the family and file criminal charges, with no investigation. In this case, the doctor making the accusation resigned from previous positions in other states following patterns of making false accusations of abuse. Please, if you can, follow each of the links above, share the stories of these families, and help support them if you can.
